Affiliate programme terms

The rules that apply to every MrsMuraari affiliate.

Rates

• Customers using your code or link get 5% off.
• You earn a percentage of the order value (the price of the goods before the customer discount), per eligible sale. The percentage depends on your package:
  Free 5%, no fee
  Bronze 6%, ₹199 to upgrade
  Gold 7%, ₹299 to upgrade
  Platinum 8%, ₹399 to upgrade
  Diamond 9%, ₹499 to upgrade
  Crown 10%, ₹599 to upgrade
• Everyone starts on the Free package. An upgrade starts once your payment is confirmed and applies to orders from then on; earlier orders keep the rate they were recorded with.
• Example on the Free package: on a ₹1,000 order the customer pays ₹950.00 after the discount, and your commission is 5% of ₹1,000 = ₹50.00.
• The standard programme includes no free products and no fixed payments. Paid collaborations are agreed separately.

Coupon codes and links

• Each affiliate gets one unique code and a personal link to the store.
• A customer who opens your link is remembered in their browser for 30 days. Orders they place in that time are credited to you, even if they never type the code.
• A customer who creates an account after following your link stays linked to you, so their later orders are credited to you too.
• You can use your own code or link on your own orders. They earn commission like any other order, and the same return and cancellation rules apply.

Eligible orders, your wallet and withdrawals

• Commission is earned only on verified orders. An order from the store counts once the customer has paid for it, and is verified when it is delivered. Fake, rejected, returned or cancelled orders earn nothing.
• After a 15-day return and cancellation check, counted from delivery, the commission is added to your wallet. Every credit and debit is listed in your wallet history.
• You can withdraw any amount from your wallet, from ₹100.00, one request at a time. We pay it to the UPI ID or bank account in your profile and show you the transaction reference. If a request cannot be paid, the amount goes back to your wallet with the reason.
• If an order is returned or cancelled after its commission reached your wallet, the commission is taken back out of the wallet.
• If you disagree with an amount, contact us with the order ID. Our records of orders decide the amount.

Content rules

• Make no false or misleading claims about our products.
• Follow our brand guidelines and disclose that you earn commission.
• We may suspend an affiliate whose content harms our brand.

Customer privacy

For each order credited to you, you see the order ID, the customer's name, the order value and your commission. We never share a customer's phone number, email address or delivery address.
